Story Behind Champak Van
In 2016, driven by deep compassion for animals, we laid the foundation of RRSAINDIA—an animal shelter and hospital—on a 26,000 sq. ft. rented property. Over the years, with unwavering dedication, we established essential medical infrastructure including an X-ray machine, ultrasound sonography, a blood laboratory, two ambulances, and a fully equipped operation theater for both minor and major surgeries. With a committed team of 18 staff members, we launched this noble initiative, which continues to operate to this day.
Since its inception, RRSAINDIA has provided free care and treatment to over 70,000 animals. However, being on rented land, all our facilities were built using temporary, readymade cement blocks—an unsustainable setup for long-term service.
To ensure a lasting solution, we recently acquired 91,000 sq. ft. of land in the same village with a vision to construct a permanent, state-of-the-art Animal Hospital and Shelter. Construction has already begun.

This new facility is being built not just for today, but for the decades ahead—a sustainable sanctuary where voiceless animals will always find care, compassion, and healing. Our vision is for this institution to continue serving under the guardianship of future generations or any compassionate individuals who share our mission.
Rebuilding these facilities from the ground up has tested our courage and patience. But the thought of shutting down our current hospital and shelter is unimaginable. That’s why we need your support—to help establish a permanent home that will continue offering free treatment and shelter to animals in need for many years to come.
